My Background

I began with traditional sport in the UK, playing football at a high level before moving into strength training. Over time, I felt something was missing: a more instinctive, coherent, and natural connection to movement.

That search led me into yoga, bodyweight training, animal flow, gymnastic strength, soft acrobatics, and floor-based movement.

Over the past decade, I’ve explored how modern training has drifted away from the way our bodies are built to move. My focus is natural human movement: the kind you see in children, elite athletes, and great movers who carry ease, control, and adaptability into everyday life.

The sessions I offer are designed to systematically rebuild that quality by reintroducing innate movement patterns that are useful and connected to what our bodies evolved for.

My own journey has also been shaped by years of navigating and recovering from injuries. Because of that, rehabilitation, prehabilitation, and building a more resilient system are central parts of what I offer.

I’m also a dad to a three-year-old, and for a lot of my professional career I have worked at very intense start-ups. So my approach is built around real life: adapting to fatigue, limited time, limited space, and helping the body excel regardless of life’s challenges.
